The RTGame Choose Your Own Adventure Collab (CYOA Collab) is an interactive Greenscreen video similar to other interactive videos on YouTube of the same nature (Such as a Heist with Markiplier). It was made by a group of over 20 creatives, Rumble Tumble Productions (RTP), over the span of 4 months. It features more than 2 hours worth of Greenscreen edited videos, 80+ videos, with 30+ endings.
The Video starts with an opening, followed by RT waking up and going about his normal day. Suddenly, a weird door appears in Dan's Apartment. Dan proceeds to investigate the door, and there the first choice of many happens.
On January 28th, 2024 RTGame Played the CYOA Collab live on twitch.
Choose Your Own Adventure
A Choose Your Own Adventure (CYOA) is a type of story telling that lets the Viewer/Reader participate in the story by choosing what happens. The term "Choose Your Own Adventure" was trademarked by a book company, so the genre is called "Gamebook"
The reader/viewers watches the story, and then a decision is brought to them that will change the story moving forward. Notable Examples of this in video games are:
- TellTale Games
- Henry Stickmin
The RTGame CYOA Collab is a type of Gamebook.
In the RTGame CYOA Collab, you navigate your choices by clicking an end card in the end of each video.
