Taking off with the launch of "TF2: Hightower, but its an even Higher Tower" on April 27th, 2017, Daniel "RTGame" Condren saw a large spike in viewership of his Team Fortress 2 (TF2) content, the first genre that he was known for on a large scale.While this was the first major spike in viewership of his TF2 content, he had been making TF2 content since before June 20th of 2012.

The first upload that is still available to watch is "TF2: The Combat Engineer (First Solo Commentary)" from June 20th, 2012, which makes mention of a previous videos made about tf2, one being a commentary of him playing the spy class, and two others mentioned that lacked any commentary.

"TF2: Hightower, but its an even Higher Tower" April 27th, 2017

"10 Years of TF2 in 10 hours" from August 10th 2017, this stream celebrated the ten year anniversary of TF2 by changing what was available to the players on the RTGame TF2 server every hour to match the year.

"RTGame Archive: The Last Team Fortress 2 Stream" December 29th 2018. This stream took place after he had been making variety content, and his channel had grown to about 1.2 million subscribers on YouTube.

End of TF2 content

In the video "A Little Heart to Heart regarding my TF2 Content" released on May 27th 2018, Daniel announced his branching out from the TF2 content, winding down from TF2 content, and ultimately leaving leaving permanently due to people in the TF2 community constantly messaging and demanding TF2 content, and being aggressive towards Content Creators who moved away from TF2 videos. Prior to this he had begun making more variety content, streaming Don't Starve, Dark Souls, Half Life, and Skyrim. Following this video, there were three more tf2 highlights videos on the YouTube channel, and final stream of TF2 at the end of 2018 before his exit from TF2. Following his TF2 content, Daniel fully branched out to variety content, leading to an even larger spike in growth in the channel.

Trivia

• Before "TF2: Hightower, but its an even Higher Tower" Daniel was preparing to become an English teacher in Japan, however after seeing the analytics of the video, chose to take his chance with content creation.
• Daniel is an Engineer main, and his original YouTube outro was his TF2 engineer doing the rancho relaxo taunt.
• The original theme of the RTGame logo was based off an unusual effect of his hat. This has since changed to a galaxy theme.
• The "Advertiser friendly" version of Team Fortress 2 made in the video "What an Advertiser Friendly TF2 Video looks like", in an attempt to make an advertiser friendly video to avoid demonetization, ironically, was demonetized.
