Birthday Island was a location on the 1.19 server for celebrating birthday's, the island is now abandoned, with Celebration Skyland acting as it's successor
Locations
Minigames
Birthday Island is host to a few minigames. There were also plans for more minigames that were later abandoned.
PVP Parkour
PVP Parkour is one of the minigames on birthday island, the outside structure resembles a lantern.
Inside is a small section of parkour with lava underneath, the goal is to knock other players into the lava whilst parkouring to avoid falling into the lava yourself.

King of the Spire
King of the Spire is one of the minigames on birthday island. It features a large one block wide spire with ladders on all sides, bows & arrows are provided in a chest, the goal is to be the one at the top of the spire whilst simultaneously shooting at other players to knock them off the spire.

Sonic Parkour Cube
The sonic parkour cube was a planned minigame for birthday island, which was likely abandoned as work on birthday island stopped. Not much is publicly known about what the cube would have been used for, outside of parkour.

Celebratory Locations
These locations are mainly used for just celebrating and do not feature any kind of minigame
Sacrifice Cake
The first stop on a birthday celebration would have been a sacrifice in this building, the birthday person would stand on a block as an anvil is dropped from above and crushes them, therefore 'sacrificing' them. A near replica of this building exists at Celebration Skyland, the only real replica of a birthday island building to exist there.

Birthday Cake
The birthday cake is the main hangout spot on birthday island. Inside there is a spot for taking group photos, a dining area, a DJ booth and dance floor. There are also balloons with server players birthdays written on them.

Gift Room
Directly connected to the birthday cake is the gift room, here, players can gift presents to the birthday person, who will then enter the gift room to collect their gifts.

Tall Birch Tree National Park
There exists a small park on the island, which contains a fenced off tall birch tree left remaining from when the island was covered in trees. It's existence was likely supposed to frustrate builders of birthday island
