Aesha is a large plantation located north-northeast of Spawn. It can be accessed via the Red Highway. The settlement was established and is run by Mattimeith. It is open to the public for building permits, so long as Mattimeith is consulted beforehand.

Mayor's Mansion

At the center of the settlement is located the Mayor's Mansion, the residence of Mattimeith. It is a four storey home with a rustic and "classical" design, constructed from wooden planks, logs, cobblestone, and andesite. Entry is allowed only by direct invitation.
