The Child is a charm in the game Hollow Knight known as the Grimmchild. When Rufus meet with Grim on his journey, Grimm gave Rufus The Child.
During their time together The Child got more upgrade and was later named "The Child". The Child also tried to warn Rufus about the Banker by attacking her but to no avail when Rufus deposited most of his geo to the scam Banker.
