A brief understanding of LoveLive! Sunshine!!
"LoveLive! Sunshine!!"[LL! 1] is the sequel to the original "LoveLive!"[LL! 2] anime. Without getting into major spoilers, Sunshine takes place 5 years after the original LoveLive! and follows a new Idol Group named Aqours[LL! 3] who want to follow in the same footsteps as µ's[LL! 4] (Pronounced Muse) and shine just as bright as they did, so they can save there school from closure.
Uranohoshi Information
Uranohoshi is the school that LoveLive! Sunshine!! takes place at. What inspired me to build it is because how much LoveLive! has had an impact on me. Sunshine particularly took me out of a dark place in my life and made me realize its okay to be who I am and that I am a trans girl. This build represents not just the anime but also the impact that it had on my life. The build is packed with references to the show from random funny scenes to the most important songs and moments of the show.
Build History
Construction of Uranohoshi began in early August, 2023, before work could start the island had to be leveled and expanded to fit the school. Construction of the main school building started on August 24th, 2023. Work stalled for the next year because Yuchoji got busy with exams and personal issues. Construction resumed on July 30th, 2024, Work began by tidying up some loose ends of the main building and started construction of a subway based nether spawn room which was finished in 2 weeks time. Construction once again came to a halt as Yuchoji decided to start work on her city. On August 21st, 2024 she began construction of the Gymnasium and Main Entrance, which were finished on August 30th, 2024. At this point in time the exterior of all buildings has been completed. Yuchoji then began modeling the courtyard and finished that in a few days. Construction has once again paused as she went to work on her city again. On October 6th, 2024 she decided to start work on drawing out the Uranohoshi Emblem for the front of the school, work finished on the 10th. As soon as she finished that I started building the walls around the school and adding vegetation which was finished on October 11th, 2024. She spent the next 2 days furnishing all the classrooms. On October 14th, Yuchoji began touring other cities and stumbled upon to Castelia City[RT 1], and discovered they have the Kessoku Band members as armor stands, she then decide to incorporate that idea with all 9 Aqours members. On October 23rd, 2024 I finished up placing all the members in there respective scenes. The build has officially finished main construction on October 23rd, 2024.
