Coleraine is a small, largely residential town located at the start of the green nether highway; closely situated to spawn,(seated between neighbouring towns Somewhere and Godhaven), provides an easily-accessible opportunity for all to settle down.
It was originally founded on June 30th 2019 by AnonGladstone and a group of friends. After a month, _Cynder_ inherited leadership of the town, as AnonGladstone went inactive.
The town itself is mainly residential, and is often used as a starting town. Players joined and left the town, and added various builds to it. Examples of these builds are the Coleraine Gardens and the Coleraine Toblerone.
Part of the land, including the iconic Toblerone was taken by the Republic town Dublin, with which Coleraine has friendly relations. Dublin then developed the area around the time the staff team and members of the community worked to improve the barren area around spawn as a whole.

- AnonGladstone: AnonGladstone founded the town of Coleraine on June 30th, 2019.
- _Cynder_: _Cynder_ joined the town of Coleraine the day it was founded, and was eventually promoted to mayor as the most active resident.

A Town Filled With Nature:
Seated between the ocean and a large birch forest, Coleraine heavily exhibits nature within the game; while, at the fore, this can be seen through the use of birch wood throughout the town (both in pathways and the resident's homes), this has recently exploded into builds such as the Coleraine gardens (an underground park building project by Dragonlord7685), the new town spawn, and the Plant a Tree movement - an ingame parody of MrBeast's 'TeamTrees' project, holding an aim to plant 20,000 trees throughout the server (1 iron = 1 tree planted); a donation box for this movement could be found opposite Coleraine's exit on the nether highway as long as that trend went on.
Notable builds:
As mentioned before, Coleraine is a primarily residential town. It mainly consists of personal bases and houses, but has a few public builds.
The Coleraine Gardens
The Coleraine Gardens are a build made by Drolnogard, and is an example of the builds that have enhanced the nature theme of the town. It houses many different plants, flowers and has a single notable tree in the middle. Residents can use the water elevators to access the Gardens.
The Coleraine Toblerone
The Coleraine Toblerone was left incomplete for months, and was originally a part of WhaleTown. It was finished in preparation for the survival server tour on 08/03/2020. It now stands in Dublin, as Dublin had taken over part of Coleraine's land.
AnonGladstone's House
While the founder of Coleraine is inactive, their house is still found within Coleraine. It now mainly serves as a monument to the town.
Coleraine and WhaleTown:
While Coleraine was founded early into the server, it directly borders another town - dubbed 'WhaleTown'; this town is said to have been built at the very beginning of the 1.14 server, however, no-one seems to be quite sure who constructed it, or when the town was built. Due to its close proximity with Coleraine, WhaleTown has often been confused as part of the former town - leading to the Toblerone build (presumably inspired by RT's City Skylines streams) WhaleTown features to be dubbed 'The Coleraine Toblerone'.
