Sai City is a town just down the shore of Sakurium. It was created in mid-October and tries to help all citizens and to make the town look good and function well without being elitist and toxic. Sai City may be the sequel to Sakurium, but it is nothing like its counterpart. They are currently in need of a playerbase

History

Sai City is the branch off town of Sakurium, an urbanized town that collapsed due to inactivity, that focuses on trying to be non-toxic and non-elitist. It is mainly a suburban town, and contains districts that holds a different theme for each.

Sai City was created when the most active people that were left of Sakurium wanted to start fresh, and built a settlement downwind of Sakurium. Only about 10 people came along with the plan, a surprisingly small number. They have created several structures, and plan to build many others that will benefit others and the well being of the town.

Structures

Decrepit Roman Portal Spawn

The entrance of Sai City resembles a decrepit Roman ruin alongside a worn and broken down aqueduct. It is fitted with lots of detail, a rule-board, and a wall with a map.

Community Storage

A place where people can place there materials and ingredients for other townspeople to use. It is equipped with every type of furnace, monstrous amounts of chests and barrels, a mini enchanting room, and a stonecutter and a grindstone. The second floor also has two beds, in which new townsfolk or travelling visitors can crash for the night.

Community Stables (Planned)

A place filled to the brim with animals, and free to the public to use for materials and consumer goods. They are free to be bred, and you are allowed to kill them for ingredients, but remember, leave at least 2 behind. You probably don't want to cause trouble for others.

Tri-Use Aqueduct (21% Complete)

The Tri-use aqueduct is a winding section of border-wall that wraps itself around the town. Once finished, it will be capable of transporting water to agricultural areas, be used as quick boat transportation around town, and a wall for protection.

There are multiple districts within Sai City. Here is a list containing information and the policies that each one has.

Sai City

Build Codes:

  • Tell a Squad Member where you want to build
  • You can ask a squad member to build the house for you if you do not want to do it yourself. Note that they will probably build a style that fits the surroundings

Sakurium (Closed)

One of the biggest modern towns in the server. Contains metropolitan skyscrapers and other massive concrete structures. Due to inactiveness and elitism the town closed down and became a district instead. Markthomas007 is now fixing it.

Build Codes:

  • Build your building in a seperate world or show a video or screenshot and show the Squad Members.
  • Once you are allowed to build, get shown to an empty plot you would like to build in
  • Finish your build (The squad members had to fix several buildings due to people not finishing their structure)

Henix Alley

A machinery sandbox that is perfect for building public or private auto-farms.

Build Codes:

  • Build your auto-farm with a one block gap between other auto-farms. This will give a feeling of compactness and the dirty 1800's
  • Box your farms to prevent them from showing their insides.
  • Give the feeling of the dirty 1800's by slumming the place up a bit

Ashen Hills (Planned)

An ashen, flaming, charred island covered in dead trees, bushes, and dilapidated old buildings. If you want to build a specific build style relating to a post apocalyptic society, this is the place to go.

Build Codes:

  • Build a structure that matches the environment
  • Roads don't exist
  • Be architecturally realistic

A mountainous districts full of rocks, rocks, and pretty much more rocks. Don't forget the stalagmites!
